Nature of This Website

This private reference site stores no official booking, jail, court, or corrections records. It cannot confirm that someone is in custody, arrange a release, change a record, file court papers, or speak for a public office. Official decisions and records remain with the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office, Lawrence County Clerk, Indiana courts, Indiana Department of Correction, and other originating agencies.

The site's role is limited to explaining available record channels and linking to public agencies, news sources, and outside research tools. A link does not turn the destination into part of this site.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming others or interfering with its operation. In particular, you may not:

• Break a local, Indiana, federal, or other applicable law
• Use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone
• Use site content for hiring, firing, housing, lending, insurance, or another eligibility decision

No outside link is an endorsement, and this site is not responsible for a destination's actions, omissions, data handling, or downtime. Review its rules before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made about:

Indiana Law Controls

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Indiana.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable or removed if adjustment is not possible. All remaining provisions stay in force.
